Green Passport and Gray Passport Travel Permit for Turkey
With a Green Passport (Special) or Gray Passport (Service), it is possible to travel to more than 100 countries, including European Union countries, for a residence period of up to 90 days for touristic purposes without the need for a visa or a Travel Permit. Should I Get a Travel Permit for a Green Passport?

Why was ETIAS needed?

How Does the Travel Permit Application Work?
For the passports of the countries listed above that can travel to EU countries without a visa, a permit must be created from the system called ETIAS. Applications will be made on the Etias website and there will be no need to go to the consulates. During the application, you will be asked to pay 5-10 € per person (only for those over 18 years old). After making this payment with your credit card, a positive / negative feedback will be made to you within the following 4 business days. If the result is positive, you will be able to travel to EU member Schengen countries without a visa without any further action.
